I am treating my S5 Cab to a new number plate - would appreciate your thoughts on what you think looks best- Y1 BDW, X8 BDW or V12 BDW.

Thx

Not sure what Y1 or X8 refers too, V12 is not correct :)

I am guessing BDW are your initials, so as such you don't want to change them. S5 BDW is not available but S50 BDW is.

Ahh ok, well X* BDW looks ok, better than a Y* BDW imo

Of course you could just sell S5 plate with the car when you change it.

My opinion would be the V12 one would hold its money better and if you change your car regular you may end up with one or you could separate the 1&2 V1 2 BDW

Thanks for the compliment... just back from 10 days in the sun again..

Wherever I look at this time of year PP's seem to be the thing to have if you are a Caravanner... or have an SUV... or other tasteless vehicles... I suppose the theory is that the PP detracts attention from the car..

If however you have a nice car they are pointless... On the ferry yesterday saw an old geezer in a grey Bentley (WAG type) convertible Reg '1 JBP'... Totally pointless IMHO.. I expect there is only one MR (John Brian) PRATT with a Bentley convertible so all those who he's trying to impress know it's him.

My advice ... save your money and don't be like Mr Pratt!!

Cheers

RG

PS. Please not all names and references have been made up to protect the innocent.

BDW 2L

regtransfers.co.uk

ÂŁ1150

or if you are flush, 3 BDW for ÂŁ42, 605.

I think this style looks a bit better than the V12 one, unless you match to the car.

They also have S3 RGB and RGB 416 !

Cheers
Matt.

Perhaps he can remember it's an S5... but finds his initials more difficult...

I wish there was PP xx WTF ;-)
