Does anyone know of a source for the end fitting on the spoiler drain hose that comes out of the edge of the bootlid? I couldn't get them out without breaking them.

Here are a couple of pics showing what I'm talking about;

The fittings on the other end of the hose are made by Hella but not sure about these.

I also broke one clip when I tried to take them out before painting. Their part number is 8T0827885 and should cost approximately 20USD/piece (gromet + hose) directly at Audi. The gromet cannot be bought separately. Not from Audi anyway. In my case I've just set it on hot glue as this part is not that important. It just has to sit firmly in place.

Was hoping to be able to buy just the grommet from another source. The Audi price for the hose is just ridiculous!

Just fitted one of these (thanks to Andy Riley) and got the module from an A7 as they are the same part number- but the spoiler was closing all the way down and then popping back up and sitting about 1-2 cms high... so thanks to Jordy & Filip I got the codes for reprogramming the module as follows:
In 46, channel 89 adaptation, change from 1044 to either 640 or 650 (both recommendations worked the same)- & the spoiler sits flush... so now I love my rear spoiler! (y)

I just replaced my damaged spoiler control module with one from an A7 and I'm trying to figure out if the adaption values are stored in the Central Convenience Module or in the Spoiler Control Module. Also want to see if cleaning the old module will bring it back to live.

I figured out that the main controller on the module is an NXP MSE9S08DZ60. It's the one on the bottom picture with the 64 pin layout. This is quite an advanced microprocessor and I was surprised that a simple up-and-down motion of the spoiler is facilitated by a board with that kind of processing power.

Hello all, Looking to install the RS5 spoiler on my S5. I know what I need to get this done... new trunk, spoiler, switch, module and brackets, wiring and hardware, rubber bumpers and springs for trunk. I know this topic has been covered on here and other places a few times but I'm looking for wiring details. I haven't been able to find anything on wiring. I know there's kits out there that you can buy and they come with all the wiring and instructions but I'm not looking to spend 5k on a kit and then even more to get it painted. So I'll be going the used parts route, which most likely means I'll make my own wiring harness. Just need to know where does the switch connect and apparently there's 3 wires that you need to splice into the car harness. Wondering where all that connects, pin-outs, diagrams, instructions or someones experience would be appreciated. Plug and Play harness for this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/324835337110 EDIT: Finally got around to making an install video. See the Youtube link below for part numbers and a walk through on how to do the conversion yourself.
So what are the codes that you can use to retro fit the rs5 trunk because my s5 is 2011 8K0907064CH that’s my code and idk how to tell if it will work…

Finally fixed my spoiler by adjusting the coding in the control module. For future reference here is my VCDS log for this part:

Coding of channel 89 changed from 780 to 650 and now it sits flush. The spoiler module 4G8 959 252 A is from an Audi A7.
