But basics are, bigger/hybrid turbo, uprated fuel pump, no DPF and I'm sure other things. Might even need meth injection!?

For pricing you would have to ask someone who has done it, (Bobby Singh) It's not an 'off the shelf' sort of upgrade.

 

To get that kind of power you're looking at least £4k, you're also pushing the engine to its absolute limit so almost everything will be custom. I think there's a couple folk around here in the 400s though so it's doable.

 

Oh okay I have knowledge about tfsi and there very easy to do stage 3 and parts are decent price aswell just not sure about deisel. Just wondering what turbo I'll need for stage 3 and price for it

I have only heard of one other turbo, but I don't remember the name. Roughly the same price and power so doesn't make much difference.

 

Some have kept the standard (later) turbo, the 2260 and put a custom larger compressor wheel. But I have 0 experience of this so don't know what's involved

Yes lol will be buying it end of the year really tempted to get a 535d but the exhuast note is nothing compared to an audi so just gathering information while I can.

Intercooler wagner - approx £660
Hybrid turbo - £1400 ish
sensors - £200
Dpf gut
plus labour and mapping

 

How bout the the intercooler from darkside developments it's for 250, and I'll also be able to sell the standard 3.0 turbo as I was going to get the gtb2266vk for 1.100 on eBay?

 

You need a decent intercooler like a Wagner at this power level.
No above price is exchange (can be blown exchange unit - doesn't matter)

If you want to buy a 2266vk then I can not say if it makes 350hp or 400hp. Plus a lot of these hybrids leak oil on the 3.0tdi engine unless the turbo is built right.

 

And dont forget to uprate the brakes mate and perhaps a parachute and ejector seat would be handy too.......
