Interesting, not wanting to hijack this thread but also keen to see more info on the MTM figures. There is an MTM I've heard about in the UK which is supposed to be putting out a flat 500hp @ crank so interesting to hear how there's a possible 50hp difference.

Re 0-60 / 0-100 times I was doing some launch testing on my racelogic box last night (private road) as I'm revisiting the strip again this weekend. Recorded 0-60 in 4.07secs and 0-100 in 9.67 secs (see attached perfomance graph).

This was done pushing the clutch that little bit harder than I'd previously risked and it's clear there's still plenty more it can take so I'll be pushing harder in the near future.

Wow ibis, look what you started...haha naw jk. You guys have some very impressive figures...maybe once I graduate I'll supercharge my car as well :D
LOL, just so happened I was about to post the info when I came across this thread :D

In the mean time I'm really quite sad my car's best is 5.8 seconds. :music-smiley-019:
Couple of questions, how are you launching?

Is ESP fully switched off?
I asumme in dynamic mode?
Are you holding it on the brake and nailing the power? (I know the auto only allows for 2.5k rpm when doing this but the more rpm the better)
Are you bogging down on launch?

I've been helping someone else via PM who has an auto and suffered in the same way at the strip. in the 14's :( He wasn't however switching ESP off fully or nailing it on the brake then releasing and said that having tried it, it's definately an improvement.

Without the launch control the auto's really do seem to suffer from a standstill. I wonder if any of the tunes on offer remove the 2.5k rpm limiter? This would sort the problem out!

If I was you I'd hold it on the foot brake, nail the throttle then side step the brake. If what I'm led to believe is correct there is no LC on the auto's and the limit at standstill in gear is 2.5k rpm so this is the best you'll get without an ecu tune that removes that limit (if one exists).

As bhk suggests 2k rpm is definately bog down territory, the more RPM the better. Best launches I got on the stock manual was @ 4.5k and side stepping the clutch.

BTW what are you using to time your runs?
