Problem spoiler rs5

Hello
I have a problem with the spoiler rs5
In theory this is all right , when low, making it perfect
the problem is a few seconds back up
It is impossible to stop down
any solution?
I 'm from Spain and here there is little information

I think Cuppa and JonnieB are the people you want to talk with on your issue. I would like your results to be posted here to help others who may encounter this same issue. I am gonna be doing this retrofit myself in a month already have RS5 trunk lid w spoiler purchased.

Have you checked in the rain water channels of the spoilers lower portion to make sure nothing is blocking it causing it to seat incorrectly thus coming back up?

I dropped the spoiler (go down ok)
have removed the button on the center console
it has gone up only
I'm going crazy
