Hello,
I ended up with the same error: "Invalid data navigation".

I am using the same SD card that I used with the 2023 maps, which was a micro sd with adapter and formatted with a mac.

I see it's recommended to use a PC and a standard SD card, that's true.Yet, mine was working flawlessly.
TBH, not all adapters are working, just some.
Furthermore, I formatted via terminal with

sudo newfs_msdos -F 32 -c 8 -v AUDI /dev/disk5s1

so, it's FAT32 with 4096 byte allocation.

Again, it worked flawlessly... until now.
With the same procedure, it won't work with the new maps, and it stopped working with the old ones :|

Can't figure out the problem.

I am looking for a 32Gb SD card but can't find one at home I'll buy one...

Using micro SD with adapter and deleting all hidden folders that macos adds to removable devices

I wanna use new maps. Last summer I used activator and 2023 maps. Do I need now new activator or just to put new 2024 maps on SD card without anything else?

if the congo activator, was installed and NO new firmware was installed, then still the activated the FEC are working!
so you need only delete the old maps on sd card and copy the new maps on the sd card and then plug it into sd card slot 1 and it will work

Hello, I mistakenly updated MHS2_ER_AU_P2035 because I hadn't seen that this version prevented me from having Google Earth. So I would like to install the previous version MHS2_ER_AU_P1242 but I didn't understand the "downgrade" tutorial at all. How and where should changes be made? in the "metainfo2.txt" file in the "MHS2_ER_AU_P1242" folder and then restart an update? Isn't it possible to simply reset the system from the car? (factory setting?). Thank you in advance.

no, not so easy as an simply reset/factory setting
read the spoiler "Basic downgrade instruction" from #1 and you need the SWDL Menu (part of the Test Menu), its part if you have the developer Mode coded/activated with an diagnostic Tool like VCDS or Obdeleven

you need an tool/device/adapter to activate the developer mode, you dont see the video link I posted?
if you see SWDL Menu, nothing else needed, if it was still activated

I was wondering if you (or anyone actually) had by any chance the navigation file for North America. I live in Canada and my audi didn't come with Nav from factory but is indeed supported by your activator.

Yeah, now the "navigation is initializing" is stuck on 11% (even without sd card inserted). Already tried rebooting multiple times. Coding is perfectly fine. However, one fault code in Multimedia (5F). It says "control module incorrectly coded" (U101400). My unit is running US firmware.
