I've had similar before and it was the tyres, rub the flat of your hand over the tread in both directions if in one direction you can feel some sharper/higher blocks i think this is known as saw toothing and usually impacts rear tyres on front wheel drive cars. The tread blocks raised on the edges is enough to cause a droning. Rotate left to right on same axle and after a few hundred miles should improve, or replace tyres.
