Hi,

My windscreen washer jets aren’t working on my 2011 A5 Sportback, I assumed they were frozen but there is no noise from the pump at all so it seems there is no power getting to the pump.

ive had a look at the fuse box and can’t figure out which fuse is for the windscreen washer pump, does anyone know which fuse it is please ?

Did the pump freeze? Given the deep cold that would be my guess. Happened to me a few years back on a saab,

Yeah Wadey you need to keep the car in a garage for a weekend and that should thaw out the pump and or the pipes too.
