With Europe, you'll have a 2 year manufacturer's warranty, and 3rd year dealer warranty.
It would be best to call your dealer and ask them. It's most likely they'll tell you that those parts will of course no longer be covered under warranty.
Also, if there is ever a problem with your car, and they trace it back to the modifications you made, then you also wont be covered.
