My s5 claims voice activation is not available when i push the button on the steering wheel.....why is that? I ordered a fully loaded one!!

Fully loaded for 2008 models in the US still doesn't include voice control. However, you can enable the telephone voice control features using a diagnostic program called VAG-COM. You won't get navigation and radio control features, however.
