Here is the RossTech website with one of the tabs showind dealer locations. Only 2 in Canada, one in Quebec and one just outside Toronto. My cable cost $400 CDN so quite pricey. Us the link that TX sent to see if there is an owner locally who will lend you one.
Your other option is to wait for me later in the year when I will be travelling through western Canada and I think Edmonton is one of my stops. I'd be glad to meet up and help you with the changes.
