Hi all,

New to this forum life so sorry if I'm repeating a previous topic.

I have a 2010 audi A5. I want to find out a way to unlock features like 'coming home light' but it doesn't come up in my setting. I do not have a the auto option on my lighting dial. It's off, side light pr main lights.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Dom,

In order to have the coming/leaving home light function, you need auto lights with the ambient light sensor. If you had auto lights, you’d already also have the coming/leaving home light function by default I suspect.
If you managed to enable coming/leaving home light function using VCDS or similar, I suspect it would not work correctly or at all without the auto lights hardware. But I could be proved incorrect on that?
