Will UK tiptronic cars have paddles on the steering wheel?

i read an article in this weeks autocar stating that the 7speed DSG (s-tronic) box is out very early next year in the UK. they have aleady test driven a DSG S5.

if anyone has seen the small article it has the ugliest pic of an S5 on 18inch wheels. very bad angle for the car.
