So can anyone advise on how "lenient" cops are in this area with tints? I definitely need to get some with all this sun, specially with the phantom black!

What do you all recommend? I read that the law is 28% but was curious to know how strict it is down here.

Also, can you recommend a good place to tint the S?

So I did a lil research on other forums, and I thought I should share the info with you guys in case anyone is interested.

I went to two places in the SoFla area, and one of them was very close to the Collection dealership (solar tints) which wanted to charge close to $200 for tinting my S5. I ended up going to another place (Senor Stereo) which did a great job and used the same brand and even higher quality film of that same brand and charged me only $90 for the job.

I recommend it incase anyone is interested, here are some more info:

In fll off sunrise exit at the swamp shop they tinted my whole front for $50.... looks pretty dark and barely even notice the sun.

They do a fantastic job and it is quality. Been around for a long time. I had them do my last car and they did it all the right way too. More pricey, but worth it in the long run as Miami tint will not last long if it isn't quality.
