Just wondering if anyone knwos the specs on quatt's old wheels that he sold to the australian fellow. I have been trying to find an old thread about them but cant seem to locate it. And you cant search for 3 letter words like "dpe".

Dude...I don't mean to be the asshole but either you're a post whore or you're semi-"special"

Ever thought of visiting the dpe-wheels.com website? or using "Google" instead of posting random posts on random threads without even reading or reviewing the pictures attached to those threads?
Bro I have been all over dpe's website. How is the website going to tell me anything about the specs of this wheel in the picture right here?

And I started this thread, your the first person to reply, so what are you talking about?

Lastly, I was inquiring on the last thread if your wheels were still available and if they were the same specs as these here.

I thought you wanted to sell your car/wheels, but yea you are being an asshole

Doing a user search for 'Quattrings' brings up the above thread.

Have a bit of a look round the website and familiarise yourself with how it works mate. :) A lot of people seem to use meaningful thread titles which make searching that much easier.

They sure are good looking wheels and no mistake.

Ive seen that thread and it talks about his new HRE wheels, not the old DPE wheels he had that are pictured above. Thanks for your help though.

Damn, sorry mate. I saw the thread title and read down the thread quickly.

As it's 6am here in the UK and i've been up all night, i'm a wee bit tired.

I've found another thread but it doesn't give loads of info. You have probably seen it too though but I post it here just in case you haven't. You might get some useful usable info from it.

Is there any particular reason you couldn't just send Quattrings a PM (private message) to ask him the question directly, instead of creating a thread for this?
Um yea, the reason is that I have tried and havent got a reply. Are all new members scrutinized like this?

Just because I'm new on this forum doesn't mean Im new to forums in general. It would be nice if members would just help each other out like highrisedrifter and keep the condescedning remarks to themselves.
People on here do help each other out... a lot in fact. I'm guessing those remarks above might have been made because you had asked several back-to-back questions about those DPE wheels in 2 of alwin's separate "for sale" threads, and then subsequently started this new thread still asking about the wheels. And the reason for my question about the PM was because the information you're seeking is something that Quattrings himself would definitely know. So, I was just wondering why you didn't just send a PM (as you didn't state you had tried that option like you stated you had tried searching for old threads). Just an FYI... even though many members on here will go out of their way to provide helpful information to others, you'll find that many folks won't be so willing to go out of their way if it appears the person did not make an effort to search for the information first.

Speaking of going out of the way :) , I used Google to do a little digging and found a post on AW by Quattrings where back on March 30 he stated: "20x10 DPE S10 using Nitto Invo 285/25/20 F/R". FYI, I didn't find any other information about the lip sizes or offset on those specific wheels.

Thanks for going out of the way for me;) It just seems like on most forums people assume that new members havent done the leg work. I have Pm'd Quattrings a couple of times and from doing a search it appears he hasnt posted on here since September. I was hoping somebody would know where his original post was. Thanks again.

You won't find his offset info because DPE doesn't reveal theirs.

Best you will get it is that they are 20X10 all the way around. He had his offsets staggered which yielded him a 3.5" rear lip and a 2.5" front lip.

Thanks for that info, I thought it looked deeper than 3.5 in the rear for some reason. Compared to alwin's car the rear to front lip ratio looks bigger but apparently its the same.
