That kind of attitude would not surprise me at all from Greek dealer. Went through hell when buying two Q7s from them last year and yet we have no choice but to go back to them for more.

Unfortunately the only time they take notice is when the fighting talk starts and you get a little rude, which is a shame, specifically considering the prices and premium we pay for these kinds of vehicles in Greece!

Good luck

Contact Audi directly then.
Unfortunately SAJ, you will probably find (unless i am mistaken) that the car was purchased (if from new) from the Audi agent and sole importer of Audis for the entire country (Karenta). Unless you try to contact Germany (which might be what you are suggesting) you will always come back to them. It is close to a monopoly hence why they can afford less than satisfactory customer service. As far as I am aware every Audi and VW dealer in Greece is owned by them.

But it is Audi that gives the manufacture warranty (not the dealer) is it not? In which case should they not pick up the bill for getting it sorted?
Indeed they should, but from what i understand (could be way off) the difficulty is getting them to admit there is a problem, due to poor customer service, resulting from the above situation. I think that for Audi to pick up the bill they would need for the local dealer to acknowldge the problem first and verify it.

This is why i say that the only way here is (in my opinion) to get nasty, contact Audi direct and get them to pressure the dealer into looking into the issue and admitting there is a problem.

Personally I would go Ian's route, get a local ICE store to evaluate the problem and pay them to fix it.
