The rear parking sensor buzer on my 2012 A5 coupe stoped working and I already got a new one.
The settings in the cars MMI are disabled.

Can you please advice on how I go about changing it?
Are there any online manuals I can use?

You need to pop off the passenger side rear body panel, underneath the trip. It contains the speaker grill. Behind some body dampening material you’ll find the buzzer. Just did it myself, took maybe 30 minutes.
