Seat Back 'play'

How much 'give' or 'play' in the seat backrests would you guys consider acceptable. Mine seems to have 5mm or so, which is noticeable when braking for traffic lights on a fast road such as a dual carriageway.

I guess a folding seat is tough to get rock solid, but is this worth a trip back to the dealer or should I just accept it for now?
