s7 calipers install

Is it possible to mount s7 caliper on 19" genuine wheels?
The caliper I have now is for the Ferrari f430, and the disk is 380.

Looks like s7 brakes on an a6? Them wheels and arches look too big at 255/19 and so much space around them to be a5? Nice either way.

No idea. Porsche Macan or SQ5 callipers may be an easier option. A few threads on here about those.
