S5 seat tilt broken - help!
Has anyone had any issues with seat mechanisms failing? My drivers side seat has broken, the plastic back has come away from the seat, a broken bracket is visible and the forward/back tilt no longer works.
I don’t know how it got broken as I don’t move the seat, my partner borrowed the car but says he doesn’t know how it happened so can’t give any clues there.
Thanks in advance for any help/advice/recommendations - I’m hoping it’s possible to get this fixed rather than replaced! I’m based in Suffolk, it’s on a ‘67 S5 with rotor grey massage seats. All other functions work ok.
