Hello all,

I'm a newbie on here and after some advice. I've done a search on the forums and can't find what I'm after (my fault probably!)

I've had my S5 just over a year now and had the Milltek resonated exhaust put on shortly after i bought the car (money seriously well spent!) and I'm now looking into a re-map/chip.

Can anyone (in the uk) advise where to go and get this done? and what sort of results I'm likely to see? i.e in terms of power and how it drives etc; and also what it does to the warranty. I've read people talk about a company called APS ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

cheers

Don't expect major power gains, you can see my before and after rolling road results on the Sanspeed thread, unfortunatley APS don't have a rolling road and as far as I know no one who's had their remap has put it to test else where as yet. However on the road we have all reported the same, what you can expect is a slight power improvement and a much better throttle reponse, oh and it will makes that Milltek of yours come alive, at least it did mine :D

As for warranty, in the extremley unlikely event you had a problem relating to the remap it 99% certain Audi wouldn't uphold your warranty but in this day and age if you use a reputable company for the map you're extremley unlikely to have a problem.

Hi there,

Would love to help you, we do offer a mobile service which means we can come to you in Poole, have holidays at a house in Sandbanks, and got to look at some twin engined diesel boats. We can advise you of the five stages of maps we have developed jointly with KOCH in Germany.

Regards
Graham
