:) Brembo's GT brake kit is now available.

Just had them installed yesterday by Pure Motorsprts and they did an awesome job!

Below is their web link and also their post on Audiworld.

I've also included a few pics below after polsihing up the car this morning.

Enjoy!

PM or e-mail me and we can hook up some time.
I see you have 20" wheels... Any idea if they fit under 19" wheels? ...I assume they do since they're for the S5 which uses 19" as stock.

That’s a question I don’t have a definitive answer for. Brembo North America had not measured a stock S5 for fitment. I had them template my car after the aftermarket 20" wheels were installed.

The tuner shop that installed my brakes (Pure Motorsports) has the template that can be verified against the stock 19" set up.

I can’t imagine Brembo would only fabricate for only aftermarket configurations.

Here’s the link to Race Technologies that may be able to answer your question.

Hey I'm tagging along for this one, even though my car isn't here yet. LOL

I have one question, does Brembo GT kit also have sensors on brake pads like original pads?

Thanks
how much total plus installation
It’s been awhile and I can’t seem to find the receipt…if I recall correctly the front brake kit, installation
Including new factory crossed drilled rear rotors with painted rear calipers was about $3,300.00.
I did get a smoking deal from Brembo directly for letting them have my car for the day to measure
my S5 for their new BBK kit.
I stayed with factory calipers on the rears to avoid losing the e brake.
Nice!
Interested in selling your S5 brakes? Would it be just a caliper swap with the A5, or would it need to be rotors and all? (would it all even fit under the 18" stockies?)
Sorry but I dont have them any longer. Left them with the installer over a year ago.

My local tuner shop actually purchased the stock rear rotors from Audi and had another shop drill them locally.

It wasnt that expensive.....maybe $200.00. A small amount IMO over the cost of the front BBK.

You'll enjoy them....mine actually felt a little softer over the stock brakes but the control was much more even when braking aggressively

Go full BBK or go home :talk2hand: just kidding, hate that you lose the rear parking brake.
