hi having some issues with my rs5 and audi can some on measure the gap between the top of there rim and the wheels arch on the front and back of there car please 2015 or older . i have a 10 mm difference side to side on the back

10mm is a fair bit, not sure about the rear but the front of mine rides on bump stops, replaced missing ones recently and the car gained 10mm clearance.

Any number of things from worn strut tops, spring damper seats/pads and bump stops can add up to a 10mm drop if not 100%

Is it running stock springs and shocks? Magride or Gas?

hi thanks for your reply . the short version is audi have just fit four new shock absorbers to sort a light i had on the dash . was with out transport for over a month so don't want to take it back just need to work out witch side is the standard height and witch side is low or high . will take some pics to day of where am measuring if some one with a standed rs5 could do the same that would be great .

Scuby22, I’ll measure mine, top of tyre to wing gap and I’ll let you know. Mine is standard height, never been modded.

Scuby22, 4cm front, 2.5cm rear from wheel arch gap to bottom of flat file laid on top of tyre. I’m running 20” alloys/tyre.

Thank you Mr Fergus that is a great help, my local garage checked there wheel aliment for are cars and said there is two diffrent setups for the 2015 rs5 so wounded if there was a option to go lower mine seems to be sitting higher that yours. Fun and games

Work in progress saving up for some replacement springs now, had problems with the house so that has to come first. Am enjoying driving it tho. Thanks for asking 👍
