Yes you can.

By standard MMI do you mean navigation/MMI or radio Concert/Symphony? (Telephony is not available for Chorus radio.) Your specs don't seem to list navi, so I assume Concert/Symphony, which is not in fact "real" MMI but MMI-lookalike Audi Information System (AIS). Different technology, different components...

For the MMI/navigation Kufatec sells retrofit kits:

Just Bluetooth:

Bluetooth and SIM Access Profile:
http://www.kufatec.de/shop/product_...di-Bluetooth-Autotelefon--mit-SAP--A5-B8.html

These require MOST fiber optics in the car, so only with MMI/navigation. For the radios, different technology and different components. I'm not sure retrofit kits are available yet, but your dealer might be able to help.

Thanks all. Looks like there is a solution. Ideally i'd want it to operate through the Phone option on the Audi Infotainment System..

Well, those Kufatec kits are original factory parts so they would be 100% identical to factory order. However, if you don't have the "real" MMI, you can't use those kits... I'm sure Kufatec will come out with a kit for non-MMI cars later.

For an explanation what is the difference between "real" MMI and the radio Concert/Symphony, see here:

For many retro-fitting needs, this forum is good:
