Reasonable Price for clutch + flywheel

My 2013 A5 Quattro 6MT has a slipping clutch, which is not horrible right now, but is definitely going. The car is APR stage 2, so the extra torque is definitely putting a strain on the clutch and flywheel. Took it to a local euro car shop and they are asking 3600USD to replace clutch and flywheel. This seems an extreme price, specially considering they would basically just get the same clutch and flywheel, instead of a stronger one that would be better suited for the modifications in this car. My question is: is this price they are asking reasonable? Could I get away with installing another OEM equivalent clutch + flywheel, or will it fail quickly due to stage 2? What should I do?

3600 USD sounds rather over the top!!! Find yourself a good independent VAG specialist and ask them!!!

Thank you, I talked to another place and they offered 2400 just for the clutch, which seems much more reasonable, Ill just do that and resurface the flywheel with them too
So please tell, have you had the work done???
I haven't yet, its scheduled for next week, Ill let you know how it goes! Just installed a CAI and hate that I can't really take advantage of it due to the clutch

Really sorry to get back to you this late, but I got it done at this other place and clutch has been holding up fantastic 3 months in no problem. Hopefully it should last long
