Rear led upgrade cables required

Not sure if you anyone is able to help. I have an A5 TDI 2009 coupe and looking to upgrade to the rear LED's. I have the lights but just require the adapter cables to make the upgrade. I've come accross some adapter kits however they only work on LHD vehicles, whereas I require this for a UK RHD.

Are you able to help?

I think you'll need it coded too, to remove the error warning from the addition of LED bulbs
