I have booked a full option (surprisingly no sunroof) A5 here in Dubai and have been quoted a price estimate of Euro 41400.00 or USD. 65250.00. I notice that its far lesser in Europe and the US. In comparison, could you guys tell me how much an Audi TT or a 2009 A4 costs out there? I am trying to figure out how much I am helping out the stealers!

Well in the US the A5 3.2 with all the goods including S-line costs around $50,000, so it's less then there. for other prices go to Audiusa.

That's about what I paid for mine in Canada. I have a sunroof, but no S-Line, no side assist, no premium leather, but all other options.

Be thankful for not being in Turkey, a member reported 70,000 Euros for the 1.8T :p
It really depends what country in Europe you are comparing it to. In Ireland we get hit with 30% VRT. So an entry level 1.8T with no options (albeit we get Xenon's and Symphony Radio standard along with a couple of other little things) costs €50,000. My 3.0 TDI S-line 6-Speed with Metallic, Milano Leather, 18" Alloys, Parking Plus, Xenon's (standard), Symphony Radio (standard), Multifunction Steering Wheel (standard) is costing me €75,500... that's US$120,000 !!!!!!! basically we get screwed in Ireland ;-)
And it's no wonder we get allocations as well ;-) I ordered my car on the 12th of March and it's on a boat to Dublin as we speak, should have it early next week.

I also think I remember seeing an Audi R8 for US$120,000. So for the price I pay for an A5 3.0 TDI in Ireland I could get an R8 in the US!!!! They cost €165,000 here, that's US$260,000.
The base price for the R8 is $109,000, you may pay 120 with all the extras.
In Finland R8 starts from 200.000 €....
the R8 is Euro 90,000.00 in Dubai...
