I wonder if anyone knows if its possible or has played iPod-movies on the MMI sceen? its no problem to get the sound out but there are no image. I have AMI and the adapter cable.

I would be interested in this too. I think you need the TV option which alas I don't have.

The only option is to install a video-in capable system such as the Audi factory TV module (or some after-market solution). Then you could just plug the iPod Movie composite video out to the Audi TV module video-in:

If the car has a rear view camera then presumably it has already got some form of video in to the MMI already ?
