I ordered mine from Ross Tech (see the link in fred44nl's response). Didn't take long to arrive and haven't had any issues. Once you get the cable, you download the software from their site.

That's the price I paid for the cable. As for use, it's pretty straight forward. There are threads/links on this board that explain the "standard" mods. On that note, until you're comfortable modding the car, I'd be careful with what you do. The potential for severe consequences exits.
