New USA Navigation DVD available yet?

Anyone know if an updated Navigation DVD is available yet for the USA market?

My version is

USA 09900_2319

which was supplied with the car in March 2008. The DVD cover shows the version 2007/2008.

I saw on the Audi USA web site Version 9 is available for the A8 but nothing listed for the S5. Are these DVD interchangeable?

how often do they come out with GPS DVD updates? With the way roads are changing in Dubai, we would need an updated DVD every couple of months!
