I got dealer in factory to swap standard wheels for these plus £500...20's would have cost more and then even more cause would have had to buy brand new tyres. Worked out to £2000 more. Do think the car should be lowered and which coilover kit should i buy.

The wheels look really small to me, car definitely needs coilovers and spacers, some UK guys have had them fitted a while now. See this thread.

Im not really a fan of BBS wheels, the S5 standard wheels just suit the car so well I just havnt seen a single aftermarket set that looks better.

Robb i think you may be a bit biased, i think the standard wheels are completly dog(sh1t). Plus the BBS i have are probably the best looking wheel on the market, and technology wise the most advanced. They may look a bit small, but i think its due to the fact the car has not been lowered.

The responses ive had about these wheels are nothing but great so i think you should take another look.

I dont really see how I am biased? Sorry if I've offended you, but you did ask for our opinions, and that was mine. At the end of the day its all down too personal taste. As long as you're happy with them thats all that matters really

Anyway red with the Pearl Silver seats, now that I do like

Nice car Neel, loving the red - we've seen so few in that colour on the forum.

It's funny tho', I have to agree with Robb about the perceived wheel size - at first I thought they were 18s until I read your post in more detail Neel. Must just be something to do with the colouring.

I don't know much about wheel technology - what supports BBS's claim (I presume it's theirs) that these are the most technologically advanced - is is weight, design, manufacturing process, etc?
