Hi all. I have just got myself a 3.0tdi coupe manual 2008 125k on the clock, i have a few issues with it: VCDS 00470 code, no keyless entry (boot opens)and the heated mirrors dont work. and a few other minor things..After reading about the code on here...Anyone think this could be connected to the problem? anyone else had this? past history show the previous owner also had keyless entry probs and threw money at it, it looked like an intermittent prob, poss drivers side... Im running vcds 21.3 and also 12.12...im no newbie to the vcds stuff. It's way too cold to fekk around outside atm....

Hi If you mean the fob then both battery's have been changed...No difference

No I think he is refering to the battery in the car, if they get a bit low all sorts of battery saving measures come in to play and causes unrelated problems. Make sure the battery is fully charged and start from there.
