MMI reverse sensors

Hi guys, my A5 has always lowered the volume of music when engaging reverse, suddenly today it’s stopped doing that ? The rear parking sensors beep but the volume of music doesn’t lower now ? Any ideas would be greatly received.

If its the F5 model 2017+ then:
Car>Car Systems>Driver Assist>Parking Aid>Music Volume While Parking.

If its older before 2017 then:
Set the car in reverse, go into sound settings > in car-entertainment and turning down the volume. When exiting the menu the car will retain that set volume level.
