Same exact thing for me. I got the firmware and map updates through without errors. But couldn't manage to activate the map. After a clean engine start I can see the map for roughly 2 minutes and then the screen states "Unactivated map" (or something like this).

Same issue for me, HNav updated but after a few minutes i get navigation data blocked. did you find a fix? the activators install, and now say already installed. but maps dont work.
