I'm pretty sure these are 3G only. The map downloads are optimised for to fit on 32GB SD cards and usually have some directories relating to 3G+ files removed. Quite often its some of the LIT3GP directories. Also the activator for 2016 maps for 3G+ is not widely available.

I'm trying to update my maps to 2016. I get AUDI_MMI3G_ECE "?" rather than a "Y" after the metainfo is read. Does anyone have a clue what can be causing this error?

Thanks Adrian, turned out one of my directory names was wrong. This produced an error 160.

I have a problem after update. I've updated from 022 to 257 newest from package. Then I've cleared nav partition, install recent nav database. After that I've activated maps. Deleted error with wrong dataset and svm as it is written in pdf.
Right now everything is working properly, but I cannot get GPS fix. In green menu active satellites equals 0 and hdop parameters are 999. So navigation stores last known position before I went to garage and did update. Any suggestions?

Have you driven anywhere since you did it? I think you need to move at least 100m before it starts working.
