@steve68003, you haven't helped by:
1) Not telling us what car you have [year / model]
2) Not telling us your starting point [MMI / Nav versions]
3) Putting the pictures in 'out of time order' and no time stamp on the Green Menu.
4) Telling us what you did, stage by stage [did this, saw this, tried this again, etc]

But, I can tell you that I think something strange is going on with your update SD content. Your screen shows us that at 13:58 your train version is "HN+_EU_AU3G_K0924_4"; by this time I think I deduce that you had already run an update.

BUT, that is a strange train version; HN+ indicates an A4 A5 Q5 Q7 update but K0924_4 is a Q3 A6 A7 A8 version of that update.
Also, the Green Menu [which we can't see fully] seems to imply optical bus issues and DSP comms problems.
A VCDS scan might help here.
Thanks for the reply Julian. Sorry for the missed info.
My car is an audi a5 2.0 coupe 2014 model.
My starting point was all stock from factory maps & firmware. I will put a before picture below.
On start of update I put sdcard in slot 1 then went into engineer mode.
Selected sd1 as source and it came up with firmware to install. Seller stated in his instruction sheets to select user defined and continue to update. Everything went ok with no NOK.
I then proceeded to map install. Everything as before with no errors. Problems were not evident till after install of all sd cards, firmware, maps, activation. No sound or ventral over sound settings or dab radio.
On contacting him he said to try the update again, user defined, open each folder and select application in every folder(DO NOT TICK BOOTLOADER). Some folders would not allow me to tick the box. On continue with update it stated ARU9440 no communication.
After installation I checked the install and that is when DAB had NOK beside it stating not installed as per pictures above.
As for what audi system I have I don't have a clue. I know I have head unit with hdf,mmi port in glove box, speaker in centre of dash and no separate amp.
The green screen pic is what I saw on car screen, I couldn't see the rest. Scanned with carista and showing "entertainment 5 faults". I'll add pictures of this below.

@steve68003 : The Carista app should have a "Detailed ECU info" control in the "Service" section that scans all known/available modules (as coded in the CAN Gateway) are produces a plain-text report that you can "share" here (quoted inside a CODE block), e,g,:
Code:
ECU info obtained with Carista 7.2 beta-14 for Android:

Much easier to help you than scrolling through pages of screen shots. Generally start with a full scan including all modules, as above, then later, only modules with fault codes reported. Just my 2p. --g

I’m surprised that no-one answered earlier — you have a newer and different MMI and map system in your vehicle.

This thread‘s maps and firmware are not applicable to your vehicle.

As to whether to update - surely that’s simple. If the maps in your vehicle match the roads you use, you don’t get any benefit in updating …

Dear @congo

Dear a5oc community,

First I want to thank you all, and specially you Congo, for the great work you do providing all the updates for our MMIs !!!
I assume that you will surely always have a lot to do replying and helping peoples...
But I desperately need your knowledge.

I've performed the update of my MMI 3G High following all the instructions you provided on the post: “MMI 3G+/3GP navigation 6.35.1 and firmware updates” and ended up with a working 0256_6 Firmware. After that I updated the GPS Map to the latest version (also provided in your post) but couldn’t crack it… well that wasn’t a big issue, but I’ve noticed that after the update my HDD/CD/DVD and my Bluetooth adapter wasn’t working anymore, and that were my trouble started… I decided to perform an emergency update to downgrade it to the previous working version… bad luck for me (or probably a lack of skills…) I ended up being locked on the emergency upgrade screen, rebooting and rebooting again unsuccessfully… apparently, I missed the step were you need to generate/saved an Emergency update partition prior to the emergency update.
And here I am.

I will be so thankful if you would be able to help, I’ve look at probably 99.9% of all your post on the Forum and research all the internet without finding any solution. In addition, I have a trip with my boss next week to a very important appointment and we will be driving 10 hours, and, as I am a technician where I work, it will be very shameful to show up with a beautiful car… not working properly (now you can really laugh at me :D ).

Honestly, I'm so desperate I ready to do whatever it takes to have my MMI working again, I even considered go to AUDI, but they want me to sell my entire life to paid for the repair...

My car is an Audi RS6 C6 (4F) V10 Plus from 12.2010 with the Bose system

If you need, I can provide you with all the pictures I could take from the different menus prior to the update. I have a computer with a working WAGCOM (VCSD) and I am also able to disassemble anything in case it’s needed (HDD, center unit.).

Thanks a lot for reading me!

Kind Regards

Yann

Update again, I could perform the emergency update (just by puting the already instaled software version on a SD card into the slot 1)
But now I have no tone -> component protection is activated.
And my HDD or bluetooth still doesnt work...

Kind Regards

actual software you use?
With the A6 4G / HN+R, the "BoseG3_C7" folder (and all subordinates within it) must be specifically deselected at BOSE before the update is started.
If this is then set to "N", it also works with the sound after the UPD, without re-parameterization. ;-)
