This is it!
The proper activator for Audi MHS2 systems made by delphi.
It a result of deep system analysis and some good reverse engineering.
The time has come and i have decided to share it!
Now is available free of charge for everyone!
Unlike the leaked version of the activator this one is tested and in use for quite long time now.
You will not loose ability to install custom POI's and for sure it will not cripple your legal function enabling codes.
I cannot guarantee that will work on every MMI out there, but i never had issues ever since i created it back in 2016.
Regardless of what some might say, update of the MMI is not mandatory. This is entirely up to you.
If your MMI is working properly and you have not noticed issues then you can continue using same version.
Believe me, i know these systems inside out.
As you will see bellow the supported versions list is quite long and will only get longer with time!
In case that you do decide to update then subscribe to this topic as i will update it to include software update info and files.
In the archive you will find a manual how to use it.
It is very simple process and you will only need one empty SD card size 8-32GB FAT32 formatted.
After activating the MMI you will be able to use latest navigation maps.
Here is list of supported versions, it was tested on many more but for now i decided to include the following.
If your software is not the support list then send the backup that the activator will make and i will add it. Always make sure you are using the latest version of the activator.
Almost any version out there!
If for some reason you cant get it to work following the manual then its likely that your unit was already patched.
In such case contact me and i will see what i can do about it.
Please have in mind that im doing this in my free time and that means that im not 24/7 available
The map of MHS2/MST2(soon to be released) is not installed, you copy map on SD and just insert in the unit. If coding is ok and fecs are shown as valid then map will work.
Simple as that
After using the activator unit will accept modified meta.
What you need to do is take the meta from 1242, remove any SupportedTrains or BlockedTrains and then replace MetafileChecksum with skipMetaChecksum.
For for example with the meta from 1242:
Remove those two lines
BlockedTrains = "MHS2_EU_AU_P01*,MHS2_EU_AU_K01*"
MetafileChecksum = "cd15b1487917b24e0ca50e0716bfa3d6dd7d710d"
And add these two:
EnableUserDefinedSWDLMode = "true"
skipMetaChecksum = "true"
Then make sure all components are select, the bare minimum is - MCM,78K0R,AP_ZR_HIGH1,TNRREF. Nice to select SpeechRes,SpeechAppRes.
Keep in mind that if something goes wrong you might not be able to fix it yourself and might need to send it to me.

1. you load the activator on the sd card
after that and all works well then
delete the sd card and load the maps
then the navigation will run

Navi maps working now on any SD card last ones downloaded directly app-connect.volkswagen mapupdate page and Android Auto working now too

when its done check by your pc the log.txt on the sd, so you can read what was done
maybe its your SD card not (well FAT32), do not use micro sd cards!
its an card issue or your download are non ok!
solution: your save the original sd card files on your pc and then delete the content and write the 2022/2023 maps on it,
then you will know sd card or download maps issue
Im reading the pdf file, but im not sure which activator to use, one is "v2 Lazarus" another is "pre v2.1 VIN BUG"
And one more question, about FEC, how to know if my unit has FEC or valid FEC
1. before starting, push for some seconds button Menue, its appearing the Service Menue screen, go to Function Enabling Codes and make from all pictures for later, so you can check!!

2. load on an empty SD card (FAT32) with an windows PC the activator 2.1 (my recommentation)
3 after all done, make again 1. step to control your Function Enabling Codes situation now!! what was on NON activated you will see its now Activated!.

Its really simple, to say, with activator only the FEC that your car/MMI has can be activated,

really an old version your unit has MHS2_EU_AU_P0114, maybe the maps here will not work for your unit, maybe not even the activator, only your test can show it and check later the log.txt file of the sd card used for it

using the activator version 2.1 for MST2 ....D will do this, no other tool needed
after done check the log.txt on sc card, then you can read all activated FEC codes, and if all are OK!

-DAB reception much better and more stable (even new stations can be received)
-Welcome sound when pressing the ignition works
-Clock display below left changed design
-Carplay significantly faster and without hanging
-Telephoning with the sim in the unit now works without problems
-W-lan hotspot is now always active when W-lan is activated
- W-lan reception is no longer possible with a SIM inserted
-Show the station logos and side view in small
if you like to download any file from mibsolution.one (fw/maps/..) then better you are using the free download manager or any download manager for it,
its slow but you get what you are searching
if you use the usb cable that comes with the carlinkit 4.0 and you activate the bluetooth conection an your iphone, it has to run
check your phone bluetooth connection that are activ or sometimes an reboot of the MMI or even phone helps then to work well, check it out
have you edit/checked the settings carlinkit 4.0 first via wifi 192.168.50.2 ?
I have this fw(09.27) on carlink4.0
first what I done was to read out the settings over 192.168.50.2 means wifi connect with the iphone to make an screenshot, then I know the name of it for Bluetooth and WIFI, then I pluge it to the car, connect it to the iphone via bluetooth (now I saw it on MMI - Carplay and I connect it) and then it switch by themself to the iphone connection and was working well
important are MST2 .....D on the end, check firmware (menue bottom for 5sec, then read your fw) , then its an Delphi unit,
if not, like MST2 ...T maybe its an other unit(are not supported by activator)
test it, if it works you will find the result on your sd card in the log.txt, also if its not working for your unit
