Cheers Hitster

As mentioned, previously had 1" OE lowering & 20/25mm spacers with 19" wheels, loved the look & had no issues whatsoever.

(see http://www.a5oc.com/forums/a5-performance-mods/11831-pics.html)

Really like these 9" x 20" ET29 wheels I've seen & having read Mop & Ecrew's threads it seems I'd be ok with 255/35/20 tyres.

Don't want the car to sit too low & obviously have any probs with rubbing etc, altho suppose that would depend on what size spacer I went with.! (I'm allover this site looking at pics of different set-ups, trying to decide between going for the 20" or sticking to 19") :wall:
Stick with the 20"s if you can resolve the issues... they look sick!

This is mine with the 265/30/20's with zero drop (but spacers yes):

And again with the 255/35/20's which I sent back:

I actually ended up putting on 275/35/20's as I got done pZeros at silly money!!

Yes I know my speedo will now under read, but they will be replaced by 265/30/20's when the time comes.....

I also had to remove my 15/20 spacer set up as they were too close to the arches!

I will get some 10mm's for the front and will put the 15's on the rear's when I get some 265/30/20's, with the ET29's should be perfect ;-)
Jimbojet, how is your '5' looking with 20mm spacers and your current wheels ?

Hello, I have a 2014 A5 Cabriolet Quattro original wheels with
ALY58912 Audi A5, S5 Wheel Silver Painted #8T0601025CA8Z8 size: 18"x8.5 et29 with 245/40/18.
I replaced with (TSW Bathurst silver #2010BAT255112S72 size: 20"x10" et25) square - all around with 295/30R20. Fitment and stance perfect no spacer/ no suspension mods. Tires & wheels approximately flush with finders, about 8mm under from flush on rear and perfect even on front. You could still add 8mm spacers on rear to be flush on rear. Definitely would not go any wider than 20x10 et 25 with 295/30R20 if you are going square all around and without suspension mods and because you have a Quattro transmission requirements and need to be square diameters on wheel/tire around vehicle. Hope my experience with fitting my A5 helps some folks out there!
