I've made a couple of purchases from MadAudi (once back in December and again last month) and my experiences have been good. Alvin provided me with oustanding customer service and was very responsive to emails.

So what are your "growing concerns" about?
Tracking Number isn't registering with the USPS, delayed by a week...just have an uneasy feeling with them. The communication has been a little one-sided thus far. I have to send them an e-mail to find out what's going on with the order.

Either way...feel a little better now knowing some folks have had positive experiences.
