I've made a couple of purchases from MadAudi (once back in December and again last month) and my experiences have been good. Alvin provided me with outstanding customer service and was very responsive to emails.

So what are your "growing concerns" about?

So what are your "growing concerns" about?
Tracking Number isn't registering with the USPS, delayed by a week...just have an uneasy feeling with them. The communication has been a little one-sided thus far. I have to send them an e-mail to find out what's going on with the order.

Either way...feel a little better now knowing some folks have had positive experiences.

USPS tracking is only updated maybe once a day if I remember correctly - not like UPS or Fedex that is updated near real time.

Ahh well, there is no need for concern...it was just delivered.

Still though, some better communication would have been nice. I'd order from them again.

Hi PB4,

I have made a few purchases form MadAudi and on one of them, H&R messed up my order (my shipment came directly from H&R). Rod at MadAudi refunded some of my money for my troubles, even though H&R screwed up....and I still got the springs!! They are very straight up and have good customer service.
