Nicky, I have a similar thump noise. It starts around 9 mph and stops around 24 mph. The noise seems to come from my rear passenger side. Also the noise will stop when I lightly touch my brakes. I had my brakes checked for loose components and the cv joints and all were fine. This is strange.
