KW DDC problem

Can't believe they find that turn around time acceptable for owners with issues. Shame as they make some decent kit.

Given what's involved (effort & cost wise) to install / set up can understand the reluctance to switch out for Bilstein.

If anything happens to my ADS dampers over time this is the route I'd take rather than replacing with factory, so will be looking to Bilstein on the grounds of the above.

Good luck getting it sorted (quickly)
