Is this the sports diff?

I'm trying to work out if my car has the sports diff.

I've put the VIN into the myAudi app and it says yes, but scanning the optional equipment codes from my sticker says no, so I'm confused.

Looking under the car I do see "something" which might be it, but I'm not sure is this is it or not.
