Replacing the HPFP was the natural solution to a starting problem, but now you've got a different starting problem?

Get it plugged into proper diagnostics is the first step.
I already did that there were no codes I tested battery starter and alternator before going for hpfp all of those were fine and because the Hpfp is a pretty common failure on these cars that was my next step it started fine all the time for the first few days then just started struggling on start up when the vehicle was hot

Hiya mate and welcome! Your car is very recent so you SHOULD be able to make this car go. Purchase a VCDS module. How many miles has she?? My technique is very old school ie take a note book and pen and start on page one with date, mileage and what mods you make. Then keep notes so that you can always go back one step if you need to. Also you need a VAG specialist to look after the car, avoid the official stealers unless you have money to throw away!!!
