I had one headlight go out and purchased a pair of HID from Amazon because the Audi versions were too expensive. They came in yesterday and today I decided to install them. After replacing them they refuse to light. I had one working before but now neither of them light. The perimeter lights go on but not the headlights. Any suggestions? Thanks

I prefer to use a VAG aware tool such as VCDS. You can try another tool but may have to look up what the codes actually mean
