Just purchased a 2016 Audi A5 from salvage auction..

It has some front end damage so I’m gonna be fixing it up.. just wanted to get some advice or tips. This is my first ever project car. Car will be used as my daily driver if all goes well.

Howzit I'm new to site,but not to audi... Exercise caution with impact vehicles, everything has been
Shoved back ,possibly jammed. Simple repairs can turn into Pandora's box real quick.

Needs pretty much everything in the front end lol.. fenders. Bumper radiator.. support.. I’m trying to purchase a complete front clip I can pull parts from from a junkyard.. it’s been hard to find. Thankfully my mechanic says the engine and tranny are great. Suspension is ok as well..

dealer prices for parts are much higher than I anticipated lol: this has been a learning experience already lol

Is this the V6 3.0 petrol engine? Car looks good apart from the bent bits. Yes official VAG spare prices are high so try breakers???

Thanks! I found a yard that has one but they are closed today.. it’s a 2013 though. Hopefully it is all the same parts…. I’m going there first thing in the morning. It’s the same color I think so that’s a plus.
