Hello to everyone @ A5oc

I have a black 07 S5 with full Milltek system, Pipercross filter and a map from AMD, Essex. Had her since nov 2018 and I have to say she's an absolute dream to have, considering her age, the power she still possesses is amazing!

Ordered today a honeycomb all black grille and the fog light meshes to go with.

Anyway, will post photos soon for you to see.

Take care and looking forward to finding some inspiration from some of you guys.

Thanks:)

I joined using Facebook hence the mugshot! Changed now.

I'll admit I am a bit of a noob so forgive me with the details but here are some.

Milltek LH/RH downpipe
LH/RH Silencers
Milltek brace bar
Centre section pipe
Exhaust
Pipercross filter
AMD remap
18'' Axe Ex 15 Alloys (which are totally ruined so on the lookout for a different set)

Everything else is standard

Soon to be delivered cosmetic upgrades

Honeycomb main grille and two for fogs and a set of LED lights to suit.
Would also like to get it dyno tested at somepoint.

Thanks(y)

Wow very small world indeed, will be looking out for you lol! Welcome!

Lovely Greys that Audi so but the black is timeless, especially when stealthed out:)

Mine has a Milltek Non Res system, Black badges all round, Black Honeycomb Grille, Carbon mirrors, Carbon roof wrap. All mods were done by previous owner, black badges done by me. Also got Prefacelift LED rears to go on, Honeycomb Fogs, Transmission insert and 20MM spacers which should all be done soon, waiting on bloody Parcelforce!

Pics are below, taken at the GF's place.

Mate I'm in absolute awe of yours. It's excellent looking!

I'm surprised you ain't heard mine lol. I'm based at the Paddocks?

I've got my honeycomb main and fog light grilles to come this week. I've also bought a couple of LED fog bulbs as mine are looking orange-y. My headlights have some horrible orange twinge/misted - any idea how to de-mist etc these? I've looked at buying another set but they're like 180 a pop!

There's a bit of work to be done to mine but still looks amazing, I'll try to have a go at taking some good photos!

Thanks mate, it's been very well looked after! I want to see more of yours!

Haha, I'm a bit further away, I'm near the Oval but used to live down Hyde Green so know The Paddocks!

They will really change up the front end for the better, hope not too bright on the fogs as you won't see in the fog 😂 I'm not sure mate, there must be somebody else who has the same issue, must be a leak somewhere :/

Good man, can't wait to see it!

What's your name btw? I'm Dan.

Don't know if you're new to Audi ownership but if you ever need any work done I know of a really good specialist in Hitchin that I've used a few times, really knowledgeable guy that runs it :)

Effin hell mate, I live at Hyde Green :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: how weird!
Lol, I actually didn't think of that! Only time will tell when my motor is in the news terrorising other motorists with my bright LEDs!
I don't think it's a leak though, I think it's more that either it just wasn't as looked after by the previous owner OR it's a common issue with some of them perhaps, idk..

I'm Chris, nice to meet you.. are we going on a date soon? :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: .. feels like Tinder! ha

And wicked, I usually take her to AMD in Lakeside or DL Autos in Gravely.. what does the chap do? and did you wrap your roof yourself?

No way! I used to live at 2 Hyde Green South next to the dentist looooool UFO spotted in Stevenage not sure tbh mate, don't think it's common. Previous owner may have opened it in an oven to fix an LED and not sealed it maybe?

Nice to meet you Chris hahaha I won't tell the missus

Oh nice mate, these are VW AUDI Specialists, had them sort some issues for me at a really good price, really good guy who runs it. Had a clutch and flywheel replacement recently, gave me a price. Found a few things that needed doing and done them without charging. They're on Kings Road in Hitchin. May be worth asking them about your light, guy's name that runs it is Raja.

Roof was wrapped by the previous owner, I can't wrap a present

Once this is all over we'll have to meet up and go for a drive, got some mates that can join us, Golf R, R33 Skyline, 350Z and an Aristo

Haha, I'm at 19, no petrol bombs please.
He may have, the bloke really had no regard for this motor, it was disgusting inside, chewing gum over the drivers seat, grime on the steering wheel and the alloys... that's another story, I've still got them on as where we live the road is utter crap for getting in/out of due to risk of curbing.. so I've left them on until I come across a set that really takes my breath away!

Wicked, maybe give him an ask about the light or if you tell me the firms name I can ask perhaps...

Saying that though, didn't the government say you're allowed to meet one person outside? .... :ROFLMAO: AND you're allowed to drive where you like (within England)...I was going to get a 350Z before this but the Audi took the trophy of best looker in my eyes!

Incoming wow such a shame for somebody to do that to such a lovely motor, glad it's in better hands. Mate I know exactly what you mean, my step bro and step dad still live there, nightmare even getting down there. My cousin was living there a while had a blue Corsa VXR (kid's car)

Give them a call mate, Raja usually answers: VW AUDI Specialists - Google Search

Something like that it's mad you say that, I originally wanted an E92 M3, they shot up in price again so I was gonna get a 350z as my mate has one and I think they're a right laugh but then I saw the S5s were a really good price and the V8 was calling my name. I didn't cheap out though, my S5 was 10.5k, weren't going to risk getting a 5k one and paying 5k in repairs

Yeah, he was a bit of a prick anyway so no surprise the state it was in. I got it for 9.5k which wasn't bad. The alloys is what let's it down the most though.

Lol it's terrible, another reason why I've held off on new alloys is the Mrs is afraid of the distance between her and the cars parked on the side of the so she effin goes up the curb..... So have told her when I do get a set that any damage, she's liable

I've never been a fan of BMs, there's always been something about them (can't pinpoint) I just can't stand them. Even though I've only had two Audi's (S3 before this) I am Audi all the way.. though give me a MK1 RS, that's a different story altogether

I'll give the bloke a call this week, worth an ask on the lights.

The walnut clean, the chap on here said it's about 600 quid... I can't justify that what with what I've spent so far over the weekend .. so would a standard clean be worth it in the meantime? The bloke in Gravely charges 99 quid or something..

Have you had yours on the Dyno?

Probs a dealer :ROFLMAO:

Hahaha that's fair mate!

Fair enough, my first car was a 3 series coupe, really nice to drive, steering felt much better than the S5 but was a 2L so no poke at all

Nice mate, let us know what he says!

I think it's worth a go mate and as it's only up the road it's worth doing I think :)

Nope, but I think it was put on the Dyno and made full power after the clean, vaguely remember seeing the graph :) Certainly pulls like a train!
