Hi
I have a right hand drive Audi A5 2010 model and I'm having an issue with the heating.
The independently controlled passenger side heating works fine but the drivers side heating needs to be turned up over 25 degrees to get any warm air coming through on all heater points.
Maybe somebody has had the same issue and may have the answer.
I've heard it could be the heating sensor on the drivers side, if so where can I find it.
Any help would be appreciated
Many Thanks

Bap

There are also several small electric motors that move flaps in the ventilation system. You may need a VCDS diagnostic reader (or equivalent that can dig into VW/Audi vehicles) to detect and test all these. If one side is warm, then coolant is known to be heating so rule that out!

Hi
i managed to find the fault. It was the thermistor in the side vent that was faulty, I managed to obtain a used one at a good price. Heating is back to working normally, just in time for winter.
