So I just tried doing a gear shifter upgrade from a b8.5 side facing to a front facing RS type gear knob. I accidentally snapped the gear linkage Lever and was wondering if there is anything I can do other than buy a completely new gearbox.

Any ideas on a quick fix or where I can get the whole thing from?

Thanks

I reckon that bit that has snapped is possibly the 'locking' pin that you press in the button on the side on the gear knob to move the selector? But not sure.
This website is a maze of parts that you might be able to identify if you can replace just that bit or not - or speak to a good parts department to try and get the info?

For some reason it defaults to Russian, so click on the website top left and select Europe. But still should work.
