Have got a 03037 - Rear Temperature Selection Potentiometer (G538) 010 - Open or Short to Plus fault code showing up in an autoscan of my 2011 S5 V8 coupe. Have had this fault since I bought the car but its near the bottom of my list of things to sort. However as I currently have the centre console out for an unrelated reason I thought I would try to sort it. I can see why the fault code is there as the rear centre vent doesn't have have any wiring connected to it. I had a look around under the carpet but there isn't any connectors other than the rear cigarette plug. I don't believe a car would have come from the factory like that would it? So what has happened to the missing wiring? Any ideas??
